Summer Camp

Our baseball camp is designed to develop players of all skill levels through professional instruction, structured drills, and game-based learning. Athletes will improve their fundamentals in hitting, fielding, pitching, and base-running while also building confidence and teamwork. With a focus on individual growth and long-term development, this camp helps players elevate their game both mentally and physically.

Assumption of Risk, Waiver, and Release of Liability

I, the undersigned participant (or legal guardian if under 18), acknowledge and fully understand that participation in sports, physical activities, or use of the facility involves inherent risks of injury, illness, or even death. These risks include, but are not limited to, sprains, strains, fractures, collisions, and contact with equipment or other participants.

I agree to assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participation in any activities at Aces Sports Academy.

By agreeing to this waiver, I hereby:

Release and Discharge Aces Sports Academy, its owners, directors, staff, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage to person or property, including death, arising out of participation or presence at the facility.

Indemnify and Hold Harmless Aces Sports Academy and its representatives from any claims, causes of action, or demands made as a result of my participation.

Acknowledge that I am physically fit to participate in activities and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

Agree to Follow All Facility Rules and Instructions, understanding that failure to do so may result in removal from the premises without refund.

Grant Permission for Emergency Medical Treatment, if necessary, with the understanding that all medical costs will be my responsibility.

Agree to the waiver during registration.
